CariWorks Terms of Use

By downloading, accessing, or using the CariWorks app or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

CariWorks is a Caribbean jobs and business platform connecting job seekers and employers. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content (job listings, profiles, messages) you post on CariWorks. You grant CariWorks a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

5. Payments

Certain features require payment (Featured Listings, Premium Job Posts, Premium Job Seeker). All payments are processed securely via PayPal. All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within CariWorks is the property of André N. John unless otherwise indicated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. CariWorks does not guarantee the accuracy of job listings or the conduct of users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, André N. John shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Messaging

CariWorks provides an in-app messaging feature to allow job seekers and employers to communicate about listings. By using the messaging feature, you agree to the following:

• Messages must be professional and related to job or service inquiries on the platform.
• You may not use messaging to send spam, unsolicited promotions, or harassing content.
• You may not share personal financial information, passwords, or sensitive data through messages.
• CariWorks reserves the right to remove users who misuse the messaging feature.
• Messages are stored securely and are only visible to the sender and recipient.
